Does Victor know about BOb?

Does Victor know BOb is a native of the far far range? Or, possibly, a stack of natives in a trenchcoat? I mean, Victor can be oblivious, I laughed when he summoned BOb as his colleague. On the other hand, Victor could be kindly helping BOb practice communication with the visitors.

I like the theory he knew Bob and may have been the cause for BOb becoming a thing tbh. One mishap in an experiment and then tryin to distance himself from it kind of deal. (Bob being a npc in the prototypes that stopped appearing when BOb started. Both had vastly different personalities and trade requests going from slimes for slimes to chickens for anything really.)
