Is it possible to swith platforms?

So I bought Slime Rancher for PC (Via Humble Bundle) a few months ago, but recently they released it on Xbox One. Is there a way I can get it for free on the Xbox, or at least a discount? I don't wanna end up spending $20.00 again for the same game.
