Then it eats you. Its stomach has a portal gun in it, which you use to shoot a portal. Hey, ho, the portal goes back into prison and closes when you go through.

Unfortunately, the police immediately arrest you when you leave for poor plot devices.
I dig a hole into the boiler room and cut open every pipe. I then lock the door and swim up into an air vent. I then leave via the vents and win everything. Pow.

you forget to unscrew the grate on the vent, you're stuck as the water leaks and the guards find you.
I give myself plot armour and walk through the wall.
