Help please! ( No more help needed)

I'm trying to get an avatar picture on my forum avatar but it keeps saying I need one with a filesize 19 KiB and I have no idea how to do that. Please help I would really appreciate it.

1. Go to resizeimage.net
2. Upload your image
3. Choose resize and resize to 90x90.

Sorry it didn't work every time I tried doing it still said '' The avatar’s filesize must be between 0 and 19 KiB. ''. I'm gonna try to compress the filesize.

3. Choose resize and resize to 90x90.
