Yes, I'm not the only person who has pre ordered it! Have you tried the demo? It's short, but it gives you a good idea of the game itself.

I actually have not tried it yet, and the only reason I have not is because I am sorta impatient and I knew if I tried the demo I would go nuts wanting the game to come out LOL.

Ugh, it's out, but I forgot to make sure i get it on release (I ordered it on Amazon) so now I have to wait a couple of days. Welp, I guess I'm gonna be playing more slime rancher until then. At least now there will be people who are ahead of me who will make guides and stuff like that. Still super hyped! :D
