How Do You Become A Dev Tester

Hey so my friend was saying that if you complete some sort of form or something that you can become a dev tester. But I cant find anything relating to dev testers. Someone please help!

Sorry bud, but such a thing doesn't exist. You can instead buy the game on Steam, it's still in Early Access. After you buy the game, you can play it. You will be considered as a player like other 200,000 who paid for the game.

We don't have such a form. However, as EmeraldPlay noted, you can buy the game either through Humble Bundle or Steam. Since the game is in early access, there's a lot of bugs to be squashed and balance and improvement to be made so make sure to post what you think if you buy the game :)

Why not just come here and post about your experiences? You don't need any sort of special permission for Nick to read what you write.
