I had the idea to create a whole new, "ficitional" Update. The Topic is the night in Slime Rancher. There various new Features, like the "Moon Slime". More is comming Soon.

The moon slime:

Moon slimes come out at night only at the top of the Ash Isle. Phosphor slimes have a light aura that attracts Phosphor Slimes. Some Slime Ranchers call them "The light magnets". Moon slimes will disappear if you try to hold more than five in one cage.

Moon Slimes only eat "Moonflowers", that grow at top of the Ash Isle. If you put other food next to Moon slimes it will beginn to glow and other slimes can´t eat it anymore. You can sell "Moon Plort" for arround 150 Newbucks.

Nice idea, but why do the moon slimes disappear if you hold more than five in a corral?

Like i sad before they are really rare. And in fact that Moon Plort is 150 Newbucks worth there have to exist a Little barrier if you wann´t hold Moon Slimes.

Maybe that each has a magnetic field that causes others to weaken, and that too much pressure causes one to dissolve?

don't you mean moon slimes have an light aura?

Yeah you are right

Do moon slimes turn into largoes? What would happen if you shoot moon plorts into a slime filled corral, will they despawn from too much magnetic pressure? Also what about moon-phosphor largoes, are they attracted to themselves. E.g. you can't keep moon-phosphor largoes in the grotto as they will clump together and there will only be 5 left.
