Wizard/Mage Slime

The '"Wizard/Mage"

Diet: Fruits or Other Slimes as an offering.

Favorite: (Fruit decided by Nick if implemented)/Phosphor Slimes(Drops two potions)

Slimeology: Those Slimes were once normal pink slimes, but they got cursed by the souls of old witches long centuries ago, so they had black magic in them from now on, they only go out at night, and even if they don't get damaged by sunlight as Phosphor Slimes, they can only do sacrifices in the darkness, when they eat fruits they drop their usual plorts, but when offered slimes they take their souls out of their bodies and drop magic potions, that can be used for doing witchcraft yourself. They are pretty rare, they are never together. And found at dark places like caves and courners.

Possible Threats to Ranchers: They will attempt to kill other slimes if left with them, and they throw magic fireballs that do 30 damage at the player when in the wild if hungry.

Possible plortonomics: The plorts from a Wizard Slime are used in many jewels at the earth, as people say they bring good luck and protect you from curses. Plort base price: 70 (Found late in the game and rare)

Basic Summary:

-Eats Fruits AND Slimes, if they become largos they will just drop one potion when offered slimes.

-They are Nocturnal.

-They are pitch black and have a Wizard Blue hat.

If you do wish to use this idea, then you may change anything around if it doesn't fit.

This is also a feature suggestion, as the character could use magic, it could be for a lot of things, maybe buffs for himself, healing, hurrying the coops, in case there is actually at a point a complex combat system and a bigger slot inventory.

Personally, I'm not too fond of the idea of slimes eating other slimes unless they are tarr or potentially hunter slimes.

Ehh, I'm not terribly fond of getting magic/spirits in my whimsical sci-fi.

Yeah, gotta go with this here.

I'd be fine if they like, belched fireballs and wore plants that look like wizard hats

But magic potions and spells are a bit too far out there for the setting.

I like the idea about the plant hat and fire balls. I agree that it would fit in with the universe more.
