New Area: Honey Hive

The Honey-filled Humongous Hive. Say that 5 times fast.

The Honey Hive is a ginormous sized hive said to be built by bees, but no one knows how it became so big. Old rumors say that a type of huge gordo, but the truth is unknown. To reach it, you need a Honey teleporter.

Slime science: Honey teleporter

The honey teleporter must be placed in the overgrowth.
To craft it, you need:
20 honey plorts
30 bee wax
10 hexacomb
1 Royal gel

New slime: Bee slime

Buzz Buzz

Diet: Fruit

Favorite: Sapineapple

Toy: Honey comb

Rancher risks: Bee slimes have the ability to sting the rancher if they get too close, and can fly for long periods of time.

Plortonomics: Bee plorts can be used to make a sugary substance that is high in protein.


Sap slime

Diet: Honey

Favorite: None

Toy: Puffy flower

Rancher risks: Sap slimes have little risks. However, to ranch them you need a special upgrade to the pond called the Honey Vat. This turns all the water into honey and allows Sap slimes to thrive.

Plortonomics: Sap plorts can be made into an incredibly high quality syrup that tastes really good. Unfortunately, it is very expensive.

It's interesting, but I feel like honey slimes are intended to be bee slimes.

Also, how would the pond turn water to honey? Maybe you have to keep supplying it with honey plorts now and then? Or maybe, instead of a pond, it's "honeycomb pool" and it's a column of honeycomb with a pool of honey around it.

To get around this, perhaps note the similarities of honey and bee slimes in the Slimeology section; perhaps bee slimes evolved from honey slimes when mint mangoes were scarce after some cataclysmic event.
