Hi! Here's some things I thought of:
New area: The Moon
Far, far away from the far, far range.
The moon is a special place accessed from the teleporter in the glass desert. To get there, you must complete Ogden's, Mochi's, and Viktor's quests. Then Hobson will write you a starmail and you get to go there.
New slime: Lunar slime
These slimes are far out.
Diet: Veggie
Favorite: Moontato
Toy: Toy Starship
Rancher risks: Lunar slimes are difficult to take care of because they have "gravity" that pulls nearby food towards them, including plorts. The gravity passes through corrals, so proper spacing is required to make sure that they don't turn into largos, or worse...
Plortonomics: Lunar plorts have a slight gravity of their own, allowing for gravity to be applied to things such as space stations or starships.
New slime: Star Slime
Its a star!
Diet:Fruit
Favorite: Star Fruit
Toy: Stellar Sun
Rancher risks: Star Slimes can create fire like mosaic slimes, but they can create it quickly by hopping around.
Plortonomics: Star Plorts can be made into a super hot power source that can heat buildings for months.

Nice idea. The lunar slime's ability is somewhat similar to what the meteor slime was supposed to do.
