"An unexplainable naturual phenomenon. floating endlessly in the sky"
Description:
Filled with primitive and prehistoric flora and fauna. the atlas is a spectacle to behold. its unique fluffy floppy membrane is perfect for housing parasitic creatures. whom have had the time to evolve into diffrent niches that we previously unoccupied. carbon dating has suggested that the atlas has been seperated from the mainland for more than 70 millions years. allowing it to develop its own unique ecosystem.
The atlas is primarily home to the floof, drill, and elusive primordial slime, but who knows. there may be more slimes hiding in the atlases fluffy gooey membrane.
Due to the strange circumstances of the atlas being a living organism. Plant life has not been able to propogate. Instead parasitic organisms have taken over the plant niche. such as the commonly found marrot

You should be surprised what this seemingly innocent cotton ball can do! its fur is laced with an unknown substance that puts any organism into a trance. once in this trance they are unable to think for themselves. practically brainwashing them to do the floof slimes bidding.
Rancher Risks:
Their mischievous behaviour makes them a slime that should be taken seriously. when angered, they will immediately begin to alter the behaviour of nearby slimes. which then will lead to a slimy revolution. which will lead to excaped slimes. or worse. . .
Plortonomics:
the liquid in the fluffy plorts of the floof slime acts as an antidepressant. making anyone's day a good one.

Slimeology:
Using their drill horns as not only a drill, but a turbine, and a weapon. Drill slimes are one of the most adaptable slimes in the world! they use their sharp drill to pierce the surprisingly tough membrane of the atlas near a fruitfly tree. where they then lay. waiting for an unsuspecting marrot to float by.
Rancher Risks:
With the ability to swim tremendously fast, dig underneath the ground. and attack you. they are a bit mischevious to ranch. being able to dig underneath the ground makes it impossible to ranch these guys in a corall

Valued for their tough yet malleable material. they are commonly used as a pink plort alternative for those who can afford it.

their strange properties allows them to eat multiple plorts without turning into tarrs. how interesting is that?

Primordial slimes pose absolutely no risk. due to their strange properties. you are able to mix together slimes that are largo's of the primordial slime.
