(Part 2) Mesa Mesh, Steampunk Slimes and More...

Postby jarethverens » Tue Aug 01, 2017 1:03 pm

Slime Toys for Slimes:
Tarr in the Box:
A mechanical yet spooky box, this entertains slimes especially Steampunk Slimes who wonder it's function..

New Food: Cosmic Corn
Type: Any
This strange phenomenon seems to happen exclusively with plants in the Mesa Mesh, it's theorized that the acid in the clay like ground has ways of transforming the entity of the plant's DNA. (Insert more complex stuff here), the plants in the Mesa Mesh have a rare chance of becoming a Cosmic Corn patch for a temperate while.
Additionally, due to the powers this food may have, it can take the form of any kind of food, even water.
And Slimes that eat one will produce double plorts.
These can't be put in Gardens on a Ranch.

More Ideas!..

Postby jarethverens » Thu Aug 03, 2017 5:30 am

Clay Slime:
These Slimes are completely different to any other Slime. They are found exclusively, rarely, in the depths of the Mesa Mesh. They are very hard to spot unless you can tell a Clay Slime from the regular ground (If it's from the Mesa mesh or the Dry Reef), or if it's eaten a plort.
Diet: Anything (Including plorts)
If a Clay Slime eats a plort, it'll morph into the shape of the slime for a while. Because that they can also morph into the ground, if it's the right color, they'll camoflauge with it! Even Tarr would have difficulty finding it! However, this makes it difficult to cora- actually, it's Impossible to coral them! You'll just need an enclosed space so they can't fall off the edge. Even worse for those poor ranchers, these Slimes don't make plorts!

Treasure Pod #5 Idea

Postby jarethverens » Thu Aug 03, 2017 8:39 am

Sample Locator:
This unusually unique machine has a purpose very little know of... It detects evidence of items long ago.. It's unknown to most of civilization what people use this for..

WARNING: The info you're about to see is very little known about and basically TOP SECRET!

(Insert sound of a tape being plugged into a projector)

(Insert black and white movie countdown)
Have you ever wanted to know of every slime? Lets say you explored every inch and you want more, but there apparently isn't... But what if there WAS more?
With the Sample Locator, you can find traces of a past, a past of a slime population, with slimes never known to the human eye! Like the-
(Insert projector bursting into flames)
Location: If you go to the temple at the end of the Ancient Ruins, go on the top of it and you should find it.

The Slimes of the Past!

Postby jarethverens » Fri Aug 04, 2017 7:45 am

These are ideas of Slimes that were in the past with some that went extinct completely.
Most of them can't be brought back, well... not without the help of a Sample Locator anyway!

Deep Sea Slime:
These Slimes were found swimming in the Slime Sea long ago, but due to Ranchers often throwing Tarr into the Slime Sea, the pollution poisoned the slimy water causing this Slime to go extinct.

Tangle Slimes in the Moss Blanket:
Tangle Slimes might have been in the Moss Blanket at some point but apparently, when the Boom Slimes arrived, they destroyed the environment the Tangles required, therefore them now being exclusive to the Glass Desert.

Ruby Slime:
These were rare Slimes that lived before the Quarry became a indigo color, it's unknown why they can't be found nowadays but it's theorized that their rubies reacted with a material found in caves and became radioactive, but barely anyone would believe that right?

Interdimensional Slime:
These are believed to be a past relative of the Quantum Slime, they seemed to be able to change their color and shape, like making a resemblance of a Yellow Tabby etc. It's believed that they somehow trapped themselves in a certain time, therefore making them technically extinct. It's also believed that they were the reason Phase Lemon trees are in a different time.

The Slimes of the Past! (Part 2)

Postby jarethverens » Mon Aug 07, 2017 4:03 am

Sand Slime:
These slimes were in the Glass Desert for surprisingly a very short time, it's theorized that they were only around when apparently the Firestorms began occurring but quickly became the Mosaic Slimes, but would that be what really happened?

Foods of the Past:

Avagranito:
This was one of the few fruits that lived in the Indigo Quarry and was the only fruit exclusive to there! Possibly favored by the extinct Ruby Slime.

Cucumbrad:
This veggie was rarely found growing out of the roots of fruit trees in the Ancient Ruins, rumored to be a cousin of the Odd Onion, it's unknown why there are no longer any traces of this veggie...

Coral Roostro:
This rare variant often poped out of the Coral Columns found on the Dry Reef, but when the slimes took over their home, this type of roostro quickly became extinct.

The Slimes of the Past! (Part 3)

Lapis Roostro:
This roostro was sometimes found in caves inside the Indigo Quarry, it's believed that this was the only kind of meat that wouldn't cause Lucky Slimes to shoot into the air. However, because that other slimes quickly invaded their habitat, this species of roostro became extinct.

Treasure Pod #6

Postby jarethverens » Wed Aug 09, 2017 12:59 pm

Dimensional Summoner:
This machine can use traces of slimes to bring that kind of slime back, use things like plorts or foods those slimes favor.
Location: On top of the Temple at the End of The Glass Desert.
These can also use items given from Sample Locators:
Slimy Glass Shard,
Sticky Sand,
Deep Sea Slime-mixed water.
Ruby,
Glitchy Melon,
(If you aren't lucky enough to get one of these, you'll just get a random plort)
When an item is put in, it'll take 10 mins to create a slime related to the item put in, once it's done, it'll blast the slime into your time but it'll be blasted high in the air, and then back down as a (possibly brand new) slime.
