After fighting my way out of a horde of Tarr, I ran into this little guy.
Appearance:
A light purple slime with blue eyes, emitting a psychic field around itself.

Slimeology:
Mind Slimes are extremely intelligent, due to this, they have developed a defence mechanism against ranchers. When approaching a Mind Slime they emit a field around them that will confuse and disorient a rancher, causing them to lose their footing and walk in random directions for a few seconds.
Rancher Risks:
When inside their "Mind Field" a rancher will lose all sense of direction and begin walking without meaning to, this can cause ranchers to accidentally walk off of cliffs, or into other sorts of danger.
Plortonomics:
Mind Plorts, once refined can be ground up into a paste, and put into a sort of energy drink that is commonly used by scientists, to boost intelligence for a short while.
