Serenity Cove
“A beach with crystal clear waters”

Description
A tropical beach with crystal-clear springs and waterfalls located on part of an island in the slime sea

Find a pathway behind the mountains on mustache island, it will be through a teleporter under a pink slime with a mustache fashion pod. The teleporter is only on after you complete the game

New Resources
Salt Slime
“A surprisingly down-to-earth slime that doesn’t have a bad temper”

Description: A white slime with a crown of salt crystals

Secret Style: Sugar, color becomes pinker and salt crystals become striped like a candy cane

Diet: Veggie

Favorite: Brinenut

Toy: Stuffed Salt-Shaker (a stuffed toy that looks like a salt shaker)

Slimeology: The salt slime is a result of a rock slime adapting to life in areas with saltier water. The spikey crown is still there but this slime has developed a craving for lots of salt and no longer cares about any old regular heart beet, but now prefers a salty brinenut

Rancher Risks: The salt slime hates humidity as its salt starts seeping out of its slime. Due to this, you have to have a dehumidifier when ranching one. Another side-effect of this hatred for humidity is that splashing it with water increases its agitation rather that lowering it

Plotonomics: The salt slimes’ plorts are a healthy substitute for salt and many restaurants around the universe are switching to grade A salt slime salt

Ape Slime
“Likes to monkey around”

Description: A brown slime with hair tufts, ears, and a tail as well as a dark gray oval around its mouth

Secret Style: Capuchin, its body becomes black with its mouth oval becoming with and extending into a mask around its eyes

Diet: Fruit

Favorite: Purple Plantains

Toy: Silly Monkey Ball (a red and gray, patchwork ball that looks like a monkey head with button eyes and stuffed ears)

Slimeology: The ape slime is actually misnamed, as it resembles a monkey rather than an ape. This slime is extremely intelligent and social, and will become increasingly aggravated when around unhappy and hungry slimes

Rancher Risks: Alongside their social behavior, the ape slime can pick up objects. Now this may not seem that bad, it is more chaotic when pared with the fact that it can throw them. They not only throw objects more when agitated, but prefer to throw plorts rather than food

Plortonomics: Ape slime plorts are extremely useful lab-rats in any scientific studies revolving around the uses of other plorts. Many inventions using other plorts could not have happened without the use of monkey plorts

Shark Slime
“A business savvy slime”

Description: A periwinkle slime that has gill slits, sharp teeth, and a sharks fin

Secret Style: Blacktip, the slime becomes a sandy color while its eyes become white and the tips of its fins become black. It also gains a white pattern similar to the tabby slimes’ secret style

Diet: Meat

Favorite: Salt Hen

Toy: Life Preserver (a life preserver)

Slimeology: The shark slime is excellent at traveling the slime sea. Due to this, it needs extra humidity to be kept properly. It also has a better sense of smell, like the hunter slime, that allows it to find food from further distances

Rancher Risks: Shark slimes have a horrible temper and have been recorded biting ranchers when angry. They tend to lunge at ranchers when this happens, and some slime scientists think this is the beginning of non-largoed slimes developing the ability to go feral

Plortonomics: Besides the fact that the elite back on earth view having their plorts as a display of wealth, they can also be used in many recipes calling for shark meat, most commonly shark fin soup

Brinenut
“Someone added extra salt to my peanuts”

Description: A very large and slightly blue peanut with a green stem and yellow flower

Favored By: Salt Slime

Seasons: Fall

Entry: By absorbing the salt from the slime sea, the brinenut has formed into the saltiest, naturally forming veggie

Purple Plantain
“An odd color choice for a banana, but a unique one nonetheless”

Description: A collection of purple plantains with red-tinted spots, its tree is a purple palm tree

Favored By: Ape Slime

Seasons: Spring, Summer

Entry: The mystical color of the purple plantain is a remnant of an early group of plants that used retinal instead of chlorophyll

Salt Hen
“Very territorial”

Description: A hen hen with the red parts turned white. Its nests have piles of sand around them

Favored By: Shark Slime

Entry: These hens loves to swim, and don’t mind humid conditions. They are so tasty and salty that shark slimes leave the water just to eat them

Salt Chickadoo
“It always looks like its about to cry”

Description: a white feathered chickadoo

Salt Crystals
“Pure and unhealthy”

Type: Drill

Area: Serenity Cove

Rarity: Common

Description: Salt crystals in the shape of indigonium

Entry: Pure salt can be found under serenity cove. Surprisingly, it is used a lot in slime science. The salt can also be used to determine the salinity of the slime sea in the past as it forms in layers

Ape slimes throwing their own plorts is a good gimick. Tabbies already grab food, and gotta add to the joke that plorts are poo by another name.

Shark Slime and Salt Slime need a humidifier and dehumidifier, respectively, to be happy. I wonder how cranky their combined largo would be.

I want to rename the Salt Slime to Brime Sline. Bline Srime. Brine Slime. Or maybe Silt Slime.

Monkey Hut should be big enough for a Slime to hide in. :D
